Description du service

If you would like an introduction to 'The Work', I offer workshops for small or large groups. If you would like to deepen your experience of 'The Work' and explore inquiry into emotions and thoughts, I am happy to organise retreats with a combination of guided inquiry, walks and poetry.

Please note: cancellations or re-scheduling up to 24 hours before a session, unless in the event of an emergency. Cancellations less than 24 hours before a session and no-shows will be billed the full amount.
